All finalists will be showcased live on stage.

Best Minimally Invasive Body Contouring
Procedures through tiny incisions. Breast, buttocks, and torso are acceptable.
Best Surgical Body Contouring
Procedures done through large incisions.
Best Non-Surgical Body Contouring
Procedures done non-surgically.
Best Labia Minoraplasty
Surgical reduction of the labia minora not involving the clitoral hood.
Best Combined Labia Minoraplasty with Clitoral Hood Reduction
Includes both labia minora and clitoral hood reduction. Hood-only procedures not permitted.
Best Clitoropexy
Clitoris lifted to a higher position, with or without labiaplasty.
Best Labia Majora Augmentation
Volume enhancement of the labia majora (fat injections, absorbable fillers, etc).
Best Labia Majora Reduction
Surgical excisions, liposuction, laser ablation, or combinations.
Best Surgical Vaginal Rejuvenation
Surgical vaginal tightening of the introitus/vaginal canal, with or without pelvic floor surgery.
Best Perineoplasty
Surgical tightening or expansion of the perineum only.
Best Labia Minora and Majora Non-Invasive Rejuvenation
Injectables, chemicals, energy-based devices; excludes liposuction.
Best Mons Pubis Rejuvenation
Liposuction, monsplasty, thermal tightening (RF, etc), or combinations.
Best Neovagina
Treatments for vaginal agenesis or severe vaginal stenosis.
Best Cosmetic Penile Enhancement
Surgical or non-surgical (fillers, PRP, fat injections, incisional).
Best Non-Surgical Vaginal Rejuvenation
Global enhancement of the vulva/vagina beyond just the labia.
Best Overall Surgical Cosmetic Genital Enhancement
Open category: best overall result using any combination of surgical and non-surgical techniques.
Best Botched Revision Surgery
Reconstructions of unsuccessful/complicated primary procedures requiring corrective surgery.

How to Enter

1. Register for the Congress
Only registered attendees may submit entries. Register here September 1.

2. Prepare Your Submission:

Select the appropriate category for your case.
Prepare clear before-and-after photos.
Write a brief case summary (100-150 words) outlining techniques and unique features.
Ensure all patient images are de-identified and HIPAA compliant.

3. Submit Your Entry:

Subject line: "ISCG 2026 Awards Submission - [Category] - [Your Name]"
Deadline: Midnight EST, Friday, February 20, 2026
Limit: One case per category. One surgeon per submission. No group submissions: individual awards only
Attendance Required: You must attend the Awards Ceremony in person to be eligible to win.

4. Confirmation
You will receive a confirmation email upon successful submission.

Judging Criteria & Selection Process

Entries will be evaluated by an independent panel of expert cosmetic surgeons and leaders in aesthetic medicine.
Judges will consider:

Technical Skill & Innovation – Quality of technique, creativity, and use of advanced methods.
Patient Safety – Evidence of safe practice and optimal outcomes.
Aesthetic Results – Visual impact, symmetry, and harmony with patient anatomy.
Complexity – Degree of difficulty and challenges addressed.
Presentation – Clarity and thoroughness of the case summary.

Winners will be announced live at the ISCG 2026 Awards Ceremony during the World Congress.
All decisions by the judging panel are final.

Frequently Asked Questions

Licensed physicians and surgeons performing cosmetic gynecology and body contouring procedures may enter. Each submission must represent the work of a single surgeon; no group entries allowed.

Yes, all finalists must be present at the Awards Ceremony in person to receive their award. No exceptions.

You may submit only one case per category, but you may enter as many different categories as you wish. Each submission must be for a unique case, and each entry must have a single surgeon as entrant.

You must provide de-identified before-and-after photos, a brief case description, and a completed submission form by the posted deadline. Only cases performed within the last 24 months are eligible.

All entries must be received by midnight, Friday, February 20, 2026. Late submissions will not be considered.

Yes. All patient information will remain confidential. Only de-identified images and surgeon names will be used in any public presentations or materials.

Submissions are reviewed and scored by an independent panel of expert judges. Criteria include innovation, aesthetic outcome, and case complexity.
