One registration gives you access to both in-person and virtual attendance.

• Online registration opens: September 1, 2025 (link at the top of this page).
• Onsite registration opens: March 12, 2026 at 7:00am outside the meeting hall.
• Rates:
  • Super Early Bird: $999  (Sept 1 – Nov 1, 2025)
  • Early Bird: $1099  (Nov 2 – Jan 1, 2026)
  • Advance: $1199  (Jan 2 – March 2, 2026)
  • Onsite: $1299  (March 3 – onsite)
• Registration includes: Access to all scientific sessions, exhibits, virtual broadcast, hot buffet lunches, and the Awards Ceremony.
  VIP Dinner is an optional add-on.

Yes! All registrations include both in-person and virtual access.

What language are the sessions in?

The main program is in English. The Spanish Session is presented in Spanish, with all Spanish lectures also available in English.

How do I compete in the Awards Competition?

• Register for the meeting first.
• Email your before-and-after photos and a brief description of your work to [email protected] by February 1, 2026.
• Contestants must attend in person to qualify.

How do I buy VIP Dinner tickets and bring guests?

• VIP Dinner tickets can be purchased during online registration (add-on option).
• You may purchase up to 10 tickets for yourself and guests (dinner passes required for all attendees).
• Dinner is not included in general registration.

Will I receive a certificate of attendance?

Yes. Certificates of attendance will be emailed to all registered participants after the meeting.

Will presentations be recorded and available later?

Yes. Meeting recordings will be available for purchase ($149) during registration and published online after the event.

What is the dress code?

Business casual for all congress sessions and events.
