Entrants must be registered attendees of the 2027 ISCG World Congress or invited members of the 2027 ISCG faculty.
You may enter multiple categories, but you may submit only one case in each category.
The same case may not be entered in more than one category.
Prepare clear before-and-after photographs and a 100–150-word case summary describing the procedures performed, techniques used and features that distinguish the result.
Entrants must attend the Awards Ceremony in person on Saturday, April 3, 2027, to remain eligible and receive an award.
Use the entrant surgeon’s last name and an entry number in every filename. Use the same entry number for all files belonging to the same case. If you submit another case, use the next entry number. Always use the surgeon entrant’s name. Never use the patient’s name in a filename.

Submit Your EntryJudging and Photography Standards
The ISCG Awards Committee reviews eligible submissions and evaluates each case according to the quality of the result, the difficulty of the case and the standard of its presentation.
The quality, precision and appropriateness of the techniques performed.
Overall improvement, proportion, symmetry and harmony with the patient’s anatomy.
Effective use or development of distinctive techniques, approaches or technologies.
The degree of difficulty, anatomical challenges and problems successfully addressed.
The clarity, consistency and completeness of the before-and-after photographs and case summary.
After photographs must show the patient after an appropriate period of healing for the procedure performed. The case summary must state the interval between the procedure and the final after photographs.
Submit only pre-procedure photographs and final healed-result photographs. Immediate postoperative, on-the-table, intraoperative and intermediate-healing photographs are not accepted.
The complete treated area and final result must be clearly visible. Manual retraction should be used when necessary to expose anatomy that would otherwise remain hidden.
Before-and-after photographs must use comparable positioning, retraction, camera angle, distance and lighting. Retraction may be used only to reveal the result—not to create, tighten or exaggerate it.
The ISCG Awards Committee may reject incomplete or ineligible submissions, move an entry to a more appropriate category, or combine or remove categories when appropriate.
Photographs that obscure, crop or inadequately display the relevant anatomy may be rejected. The Committee’s decisions in all competition matters are final.
Join colleagues from around the world as the ISCG recognizes outstanding results in cosmetic gynecology, body contouring and male genital aesthetics.
