Advanced Hybrid Training Format

Extensive online didactics · Live surgery observation · Year-round scheduling

This program is designed to elevate surgeons who already perform liposuction.

You already know the fundamentals. What separates average results from consistently exceptional outcomes is judgment, strategy, and execution across a wide range of real-world cases.

In this Masters-level course, you’ll refine how to:
  • Reproduce the results you see across social media—reliably, safely, and on your own patients

  • Perform advanced body sculpting procedures including high-definition liposuction (Hi-Def, 3D, 4D, Total Definer), liposculpture, and Brazilian Butt Lift using proven, streamlined techniques

  • Execute complex cases with clarity instead of guesswork

  • Achieve high-level results without reliance on expensive or unnecessary technology

  • Apply advanced liposuction principles across the body, including face, breasts, buttocks, and genital aesthetics

  • Think strategically about case selection, sequencing, and outcome optimization

This program goes beyond what can be learned through conferences, textbooks, or passive video content. It focuses on how experienced surgeons actually operate, decide, and troubleshoot in real clinical environments.

As your practice evolves, expectations rise

As your liposuction practice matures, patients begin to seek more refined outcomes, complex sculpting, and nuanced execution. These cases demand judgment and techniques that go beyond the basics.

At this level, there is no room for trial and error. Outcomes must be reliable, reproducible, and defensible—immediately.

This Masters program was designed to address that reality.

You’ll learn advanced liposuction strategies built on clear protocols, not vague concepts or device-driven promises. The techniques taught here reflect decades of cumulative experience, informed by studying—and refining—the best approaches across the field.

These are the same methods we use in daily practice to deliver consistent, high-level results and maintain long-term patient trust.

Masters-level liposuction is defined by how cases are planned, not just how they are performed.
Not every surgeon needs the same level of training. The key is choosing the course that matches your experience and goals.

The Masters Course is appropriate if:

You are a licensed physician with an active liposuction practice and:
  • You already perform liposuction or laser-assisted lipolysis and want to refine outcomes rather than learn fundamentals

  • You are seeing more complex or demanding cases and want greater consistency and predictability

  • You perform advanced techniques but are not fully satisfied with contour quality, flow, or efficiency

  • You were trained previously and want to update your approach based on current best practices

  • You want to improve judgment, planning, and execution—not just add techniques

  • You are focused on long-term patient trust, reputation, and outcome quality

This course assumes prior liposuction experience and is not designed for beginners.

ISCG has been training physicians in aesthetic surgery since 2004.

Over the past two decades, we’ve helped surgeons refine their skills, expand their practices, and navigate increasingly complex body contouring cases. Many of our graduates have gone on to become leaders, educators, and innovators in cosmetic surgery.

The Masters course is built on real clinical experience—focused on judgment, reproducibility, and outcomes you can defend and repeat.

In the Masters Course, you’ll refine how to plan and execute advanced body contouring, including:
