Dr. Alinsod was instrumental in the development of aesthetic vulvovaginal surgery. Dr. Egorov is a biomedical engineer and entrepreneur in the medical device industry with skills in clinical validation, compliance and manufacturing. He has co-authored 58 research publications, 25 issued patents and has delivered numerous talks on national and international scientific meetings. He received his Master of Science in Biophysics at the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology, and his PhD in Philosophy at the Institute of Basic Biological Problems in Moscow.

Dr. Octacílio Figueirêdo Netto is Adjunct Professor of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Londrina State University since 1995. He has lectured extensively in Brazil and abroad, and is the author of numerous scientific papers, book translations, books chapters, as well as two books and DVDs which are references in Brazil - Histerectomia Vaginal and Atlas de Cirurgia do Assoalho Pélvico. More recently, he has partnered with Medscience Animations Studios to launch the innovative tablet application New Frontiers of Visualization for Learning Vaginal Hysterectomy, a cutting-edge technological tool for further teaching and dissemination of the art and science of Vaginal Surgery worldwide.
Adrian Gaspar, MD Cosmetic Gynecologist, Mendoza, Argentina
Dr. Gaspar is a pioneer in laser vaginal resurfacing and was the first surgeon in the Americas to study and apply these technologies. He is an OB/GYN specialist, cosmetogynecologist, associate professor at the Gynecology Department of the Faculty of Medicine at Mendoza University, Argentina, and an owner and director of the Prima Piel Clinic in Mendoza, Argentina. He received his medical diploma from the Graduate School of Medical Sciences of Universidad Nacional de Cuyo in Mendoza, Argentina in 1995, followed by four years of postgraduate study in Gynecology and Obstetrics at the Hospital Italiano de Mendoza, Argentina. Dr. Jorge Gaviria is a talented cosmetic gynecologist with special expertise in laser surgery. Dr. Gaviria graduated as a Surgeon from De Los Andes University in Venezuela in 2001 and completed his specialty training in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the Venezuelan Red Cross in 2008. He completed training in Female Intimate Aesthetics in Buenos Aires, Argentina in 2009, and in Cosmetogynecology in 2012. Marco A. Gaxiola Cueto, MD Cosmetic Gynecologist, Culiacán, Sinaloa, Mexico

Dr. Kohli received his undergraduate degree with a dual major in medical sciences/economics in 1987 and then his medical degree 1991 through the Combined BA/MD Six Year Medical Program at Boston University School of Medicine. After completing his academic work, Dr Kohli entered the Ob/Gyn residency program at Beth Israel Hospital, Boston, and graduated with a special interest in pelvic surgery. He then entered the highly regarded fellowship in Urogynecology and Reconstructive Pelvic Surgery at Good Samaritan Hospital, Cincinnati, Ohio under the training of Dr. Mickey Karram, previous president of the American Urogynecologic Society. Dr. Barry Komisaruk is a well-known expert on the science of orgasm who is widely published and frequently interviewed in the media. Dr. Komisaruk is a past recipient of the ISCG Award for Teaching Excellence and returns to present the current state of his research for his fourth consecutive ISCG World Congress.
Barry Komisaruk studies the function of nerve pathways for sexual stimulation in women who have suffered spinal cord injury. He and fellow researchers at Rutgers published the first evidence of brain regions involved in orgasm in women. He is also the scientific chair for the International Society for the Study of Women’s Sexual Health (ISSWSH) annual conference for 2010 in St. Petersburg, Florida.
Rafal Kuźlik, MD is a specialist in gynecology, obstetrics and aesthetic gynecology with over twenty years of professional experience. He has published numerous scientific papers in gynecological surgery and cosmetic surgery. Dr. Kuźlik is the inventor of the "One Cut Technique" of labiaplasty. He is often invited to share his expertise on both television and radio programs, newspapers and online. One of his primary interests throughout his professional career has been the development of obstetrics and gynecologic surgical instrumentation, such as the Q-Tip diagnostic device for stress urinary incontinence (developed in the early 1970's); the Pelosi uterine manipulator and laparoscopic illuminator; various devices for urogynecologic and vaginal surgery; his pioneer work with the soft vacuum extractor in vaginal and abdominal delivery and with the use of uterine absorbable staple devices for cesarean section; and a new soft, self-retaining abdominal retractor for cesarean sections. More recently, due to his interest in liposuction, he and Marco Pelosi III, MD developed new liposuction instrumentation and a liposuction operating table.
Dr. Pelosi is recognized as the leading expert in laparoscopic surgery using the single umbilical puncture approach and his expertise as a vaginal surgeon is also widely recognized. He introduced a number of single-puncture laparoscopic procedures that include hysterectomy, supracervical hysterectomy, appendectomy, myomectomy, adnexal surgery, colposuspension, sling procedures, gasless single umbilical puncture hysterectomy, and ectopic pregnancy. Dr. Pelosi was also the first in the world to perform several laparoscopic procedures including: combined hysterectomy, appendectomy, and cholecystectomy; myomectomy during pregnancy; gasless adnexal surgery during pregnancy; combined cesarean section and laparoscopic cholecystectomy; laparovaginal repair of rectovaginal fistula; laparoscopic assisted vaginal metroplasty; and hand-assisted laparoscopy for complex gynecologic procedures. He is a pioneer in the development of combined laparoscopic and vaginal techniques for the routine removal of large uteri, urogynecologic procedures, and rectovaginal surgery. They are credited with the introduction of the transobturator sling technique for the treatment of stress urinary incontinence in America.
Both he and his son, Marco A. Pelosi III, MD, are credited with the laparoscopic removal of the largest intra-abdominal tumor ever recorded (103 lb. Ovarian mucinous cystadenoma), the largest uterus removed by vaginal hysterectomy (2003 grams) and the largest uterus removed by laparoscopic assisted hysterectomy (3050 grams). Together they have introduced four new simplified techniques: cesarean section, vaginal hysterectomy for the difficult hysterectomy, cesarean hysterectomy for placenta accreta-percreta, and a minilaparotomy system for the performance of hysterectomy, myomectomy, and other pelvic surgery. In 1996 they founded the One Kilo Club (www.onekiloclub.org), an exclusive international association of pelvic surgeons of proven caliber committed to furthering the technical horizons of minimally invasive surgery and who have demonstrated that commitment by the removal of a uterus weighing one kilogram or greater without resorting to laparotomy. In 2004 they founded the International Society of Cosmetogynecology (www.iscgyn.com) and are considered among the foremost experts in office-based body contouring procedures including tumescent liposuction and fat transfer, abdominoplasty, endoscopic breast augmentation and cosmetic vaginal surgery.
